Last week, the restaurant D.O.M. in Jardins, in São Paulo, was voted the 6th best restaurant in the world.
The restaurant is said to be pricey but service is impeccable. A meal with no meat, fish or wine costs more than two hundred dollars per head.
The standout dish is fresh heart of palm with scallops and coral sauce.
