COMCAST beat 21st Century Fox in the battle for broadcaster SKY in a dramatic auction last Saturday.

Buying SKY will make Philadelphia-based COMCAST the world's largest pay-TV operator with about 52 million customers.

                                           

It was a $40 billion buy. COMCAST also owns NBC and UNIVERSAL PICTURES.
