EXCOMMUNICATED
The Catholic Church decided to excommunicate the priest who had his parish in the city of Bauru, State of São Paulo. Priest Beto, 48, was excommunicated for defending gay rights.
He walked away from his religious activities after declaring his support to the gay community.
